Sashi has a relaxed approach to fitness- which is great if your focus is on maintaining a healthy lifestyle in a non-judgemental environment. He tailors his 30 minute sessions to meet your goals, which is helpful in a group environment where everyone's goals maybe different. If you want to go hard you can- and he will push and encourage you to do so, if not there's no pressure- exercise at your own pace. His focus is on good technique not necessarily your rep count which is good if you want to remain injury free. Being pregnant and currently in my 3rd trimester I still have been able to attend sessions through my whole pregnancy as Sashi has been able to tailor sessions to ensure I'm doing pregnancy safe exercises. There are plenty of sessions on offer both morning and night through the week, which should suit most busy lifestyles. If you want to squeeze in a dynamic 30 minutes of exercise into your day in an open air environment (not a stifling gym) with a non-judgemental, friendly, and approachable fitness instructor then Sashi and Skyz fitness is for you. 30 minutes three or four times a week is all it takes to feel fit and strong. Sky’s Fitness classes are fun, effective and outdoors which is a bonus. Neglected any form of fitness, for way too long 🤯.

Was looking for...
✔ Outdoor group session, close to home.
✔ Short work out time (30 mins tops!)
✔ Choice of session time - AM or PM
✔ Variety of exercise, every session.

Found Skyz Fitness to be non judgemental, encouraging, friendly, enjoyable  .... six months on my fitness journey, I am loving Sashi work outs 👍🙌 😀

Services

30 minute interval training that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.

This 30 minute class is including warm up and stretching.

With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

One on one sessions with clients to determine training goals, such as weight loss, strength, flexibility or cardiovascular health.

Assessing clients' current level of fitness, weight, body composition, strength and endurance.

Developing and implementing a health, fitness and workout plan and providing basic nutrition advice.
