What do you love most about your job?
Meeting different people from all walks of life which keeps things entertaining and interesting. Everyday is unique and somethimes very challenging with certain groups of people requiring comletely different things. Making drinks and especially creative flare/tricky drinks always leads to a great expression on peoples faces who are just acustomed to seeing your same old bland mixers. Trying new things is always available in the world of mixology.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always managed a bar and dreamed of owning one since becoming an adult. My first business was liquor catering which was a step in the right direction of opening a bar. With plenty of knowledge of operating bars/clubs/restaurants and pubs, starting with catering seemed t like the right option. That eventually lead into opening a bar, but still able to cater along side with it.

No, all drinks need to be made personally and with the client present. We can be found online and reservatins / bookings can be made remotely but the actual services must be provided face to face.

Plenty. Temp check, sanitiser everywhere, QR codes, barricades and distancing rules, capacity limits, cleaning scheduals and a plethora more...

The bar emphasises entertainment in the way of live jazz/acoustics, a plethora of board games. arcade games and electronic game trivia.
The cocktail bar is HQ for a liquor catering company and as such encompasses many new drink ideas and tricks to enterain.
It's themed on the 1920's "Radium" advertising and was constructed with outdoor furniture/floors inside, using wooden and red brick colours with splashes of green vegetation.
