We had issues with our bosch alarm system so we contacted pride for help. The technician came out right away to replace the faulty part and didn't charge an arm and a leg! We now have our back to base monitoring with them also. They have had great customer service through the whole process. More...

What do you love most about your job?
We’ve given peace of mind to hundreds of Sydney business owners so far… They can rest assured knowing their livelihoods are protected from thugs, thieves, and sophisticated criminals. And if anything is to happen, we’ll be there to catch them in the act and finally bring them to justice.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For years I was someone who used security services as a hospitality manager. I was never able to find the level of service I wanted, guys turning up late, poorly dressed, poor training and no sense of pride in what they were doing. On the odd occasion I would meet a guard who blew me away, when I asked them for the inside scoop on what was going on in the security industry it was always the same answer, the employers. Cash pay, poor conditions, no training, no uniform and the list goes on. Finally, I decided to do something about it. I felt I knew what the end user wanted and now I deliver it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Tracking and transparency. All of our guards are fully GPS tracked any time they are on shift. They also make reports, upload photos and many other features we use to provide a proof of service. The only way to completely trust your security provider is to have everything out on the table.

Our on boarding process for new clients can be done with or without a face to face. Of course the delivery of the service more often than not is a physical guard at your location and when that time comes they will be fully inducted with the necessary PPE.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our guards sign on and off, as well as write all reports from their own mobile device. No need for on-site paperwork or physical checking in/out.
All necessary PPE is provided and we maintain social distancing at all times.
