What’s your signature dish?
I trained in classic French cuisine in New York. I love to recreate classic dishes with our fresh Australian produce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication! I enjoy challenges like pairing food to particular wine, creating a themed party whether American Barbecue or White themed Bridal shower. Intimate dinners and delicious passed around finger food are my specialties.

The variety! Give me the challenge to create a wonderful menu for your event. I enjoy researching the options and coming up with a tailored solution.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the flexibility to work around my young family initially. I like having the space to create food and menus to my vision and provide the highest standards to my clients.
