Please don’t blame the workers for the lack of service. The staff work incredibly hard. Harder than they should!

The problem is with the CEO himself Peter Bramley. I worked for this company for many years looking after Victoria. In my time there I begged my boss Peter for the proper equipment, storage facilities and more staff to be able to do our jobs properly without injuring ourselves. This was not granted. All the staff there are completely overworked and underpaid and not appreciated.

At one point when I was begging for a pay increase for over a year while doing 50-70hrs a week my boss Peter said “I know I’m underpaying you” and then still asked me to wait a couple of months for the pay increase we agreed on to kick in until the new financial year.

I ended up injuring myself so severely there that I needed a full knee replacement and am still not back working since 2022. I have been in manual labour for the last 20 years. I can now never do an active job like that again for the rest of my life.

I was also exposed to asbestos at the factory I worked in for them working directly under while the roof was getting replaced and then I was denied a copy of the safety report even though I organised it to be done and reported the matter to work safe because I had left the company due to injury.

I haven’t even received an apology. Instead my boss told me I had cost him $34000 by leaving. Meaning that I was doing $34k worth of work on my own and being paid about 1% of that for my effort.

The owner of this company is an evil man. Pushing his staff to the max on the lowest resources possible. The less cost to him the better.

So again, don’t blame the staff. They are stretched out to the max and doing way too many hours without direction. The problem comes straight from the top, with Peter Bramley the CEO
