Vinny came recommended and, whilst he and his guys were super friendly, our interstate move was far from ‘made easy’. We had to leave our fridge behind, as it wouldn’t fit in the truck, (ended up giving it away) and took other items left in the house in our car. They must’ve re-packed the truck as shelving units, that had left in one piece, arrived taken apart and damaged. Dining table legs had deep scratches, other furniture was water damaged, rust marks (in the pattern of the van floor) on furniture. Walls were bashed in the house we left and in our new house.. my hubby told them to just leave everything in the garage for fear of further damage. Whilst unpacking we have found that an office chair, a Dyson stick vacuum, a lamp and a Ryobi hedge trimmer are missing ‍♀️ We paid them $500 less on the day, but it should have been a lot more to cover our losses. We have tried to contact Vinny since our move in December 2020, but our calls and text messages go unanswered. Very disappointing and, seeing all the other reviews, I wonder what went wrong for us More...

From one side - the quality of delivery was very good, guys had all the equipment to deliver fragile stuff carefully. They have also disassembled and then assembled back the furniture and disconnected and connected appliances such as washing machine etc. Everything -exept 1 item - was carefully delivered without any damage. From the other side, the truck was more like a mini-van, too small for the move, so they had to go twice. consequently, the price was twice higher than initially indicated. And on the top of that, after paying 1150 cash for moving 2 bedrooms and a living room, I found out that my xmas stack of 6 bottles of wines and whiskey somehow did not make it to the new place.
