How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I offer a tailored menu to your particular even no two menus are the same.
What do you love most about your job?
The creation of the menus and seeing people light up when they see what I have done for them. And knowing I can do things from scratch so I know exactly what goes into it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My son is the reason I keep going. Cooking is family, cooking is bringing people together over a meal, good times, through my food that's what I want to portray.

I am a complete package you order with me and you get your cake or dessert as well. Being a chef and a pastry chef of 22 years I have covered a range of cuisines such as Italian, French, Indian, South American, Mexican, Japanese, Greek, Modern Australian, English, Asian, Chinese.
