Good daily habits, learning to like what you have now and improving on it bit by bit.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing my journey with others and to see them change to be their best personal best. Meeting new people from all walks of life. Plus it keeps me motivated for my workouts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
So much life experience and bad body image that had to be over come, it seemed the next step on my journey.

I motivate through being a good example, having previously having had weight issues. I am very friendly and easy going, yet firm and a stickler for good posture habits.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Common sense will prevail, not working if either of us has flu symptoms or not feeling well. Big believer that we should listen to our inner messages, learn to relax and breath better. Most clients don't breathe properly and it's a good place to start.
