I started Muay Thai this week with my 2 daughters and couldn’t be happier. I have always struggled in environments like this and exercising because of my low confidence and being so unfit. I have found Brad to be very accommodating to my needs by allowing me to ease myself in and get comfortable; I also get to train with my daughters which is a bonus. If you are keen to step out of your comfort zone, get fit and learn some martial arts, I would highly recommend Kelly Muay Thai. More...
