What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
A good photograph simply relies on technical ability. A great photograph requires knowledge of framing, composition, lighting and importantly an artist who knows how to direct with the intention to tell a visual story.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Before starting on a project, I always prefer a more detail-orientated approach. The more information I have about you and the story you want to tell, the more I can better direct and compose. This approach applies to both my photos and videos.
I always have reference imagery and a succinct summary of your vision in mind while taking photos. This helps me compose and ensure a quality picture that translates to your audience.
Video Projects are much more complex, but I make that process easy with a simple brief that is handed over to you for completion. This gives me an overview of your brand colours, vision and direction over the content. From there I take over and send you your project in a draft stage for revisions before its finalised. The brief is essential, as it reduces errors and streamlines my workflow ensuring a project that is delivered on time.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creative aspect!
And more importantly seeing the response my videos or photographs have on my clients and their audience, helps give me purpose and the knowledge that a story is being told.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was quite lucky in the sense my art was resonating with people enough that they hired me. I started this business as a way to keep track of my growth and to actively seek more businesses who can benefit from an artist, an artist who can tell their story.

Online services I offer is primarily Photo, Video and Editing. So as to keep the edit in line with your brand, I send you a video brief on acceptance of my quote, once you fill it out I can take it from there.
