What do you love most about your job?
The most satisfying element of my work is to be able see the delight on the client's faces when they are advised that their loan has been fully approved. It is especially gratifying to enable first home buyers to get their first foothold on the property ladder and to be able to look after them over the following years and to see their family grow into that new home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began this business to assist my clients in eliminating the need to assess the offers from various lenders and banking institutions by having knowledge of a range of lending products to find the one most suitable for the individual's need. I get great satisfaction in finding a lender for a client when they think that there may not be a solution out there for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
The service I offer is designed to fit in to your time frame and any solution is sought out that meets your needs and desires both in the short and longer terms. I am there to assist you throughout the life of your loan, to help should you have any difficulties or if you need to modify the conditions. One thing to remember is, any lender can only offer you their ranges of products. They will not advise you to go to that other bank down the street. But I have approx. 25 lenders that I can choose from to match your requirements and you do not have to do the research on those. I do it for you and save you time and take out all that stress by preparing all the documentation and monitoring it through to a settlement.

I prefer to meet clients face to face where possible but sometimes due to time constraints or distances involved, I do carry out application remotely where the meetings will be conducted via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID-19 has changed the way the applications are processed and the lenders have organised things whereby they will accept certain parts of the application can be carried out remotely and meetings can be conducted via Zoom. Where I am interacting with people considered to be vulnerable as far as COVID-19 is concerned then I do take masks and hand sanitisers with me when visiting in person.
