How long have you been in business?
We have been cleaning for almost 6 years. We began in a Melbourne suburban kitchen as MC Cleaning in 2017. We have shown consistent growth over that time with our loyal customers staying with us because they trust that we focus on over-delivering and doing so with a smile.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We always use quality tools and and equipment and where ever feasible to do so, we use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. We insist that all Fenix cleaners abide by the cloth colour-coding standards to ensure cross-contamination is prevented.
What do you love most about your job?
The challenge of balancing the satisfaction and well-being of our staff to the requirements for quality and cost effectiveness demanded by our customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2017, the business began in a Melbourne suburban kitchen as MC Cleaning where MC stood for Master Cleaners. The business was conceived when the owners jointly identified a need for a high-quality, one-stop-shop cleaning service to the real estate industry. The name changed to Fenix Property Solutions in mid-2018 and became a more full-service business detailing with market sectors involved in real estate, residential and commercial cleaning.

We can check you property and provide a detailed quotation online but of course, we need to attend in person to complete the work. Our staff are police checked and undergo regular skill checks and training.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We used a detailed COVID safe plan and the Government mandated work permit system.
Steam Cleaning
Professional steam clean of carpets, upholstery and/or curtains areas.

High-pressure cleaning
High pressure cleaning of any nominated areas with SCUD AB40-GT 4000psi professional pressure washer.
Oven Cleaning
Deep cleaning of oven.

• Cleaning of racking
• Cleaning of walls, door, and glass
Mould Cleaning
Thorough cleaning of mould on all nominated surfaces.

• Disinfection and Sanitising
• Decontamination fogging
Window and Solar Panel Cleaning
Cleaning of windows, inside and out (where accessible).
Includes (where relevant):
• Cleaning of sills and tracks
• Cleaning of flyscreens (if required and if they can be safely removed from the window frame)
• We specialise in high-windows and can reach all levels including Ground, First and Second floors
Tile and Grout Cleaning and Scrubbing
Cleaning and scrubbing of tile and grout in nominated surfaces(s).
Includes:
• Use of professional scrubbing machine
Fumigation
Fumigation of property to eradicate pests, as required by many property managers.

• Inside throughout the property
• Deodorising
• Can be done in conjunction with steam cleaning or separately
End-of-lease Clean
An end-of-lease clean, sometimes referred to as a vacate clean, is a very popular service. This clean is required mutually by the tenant and the managing agent and in most cases is a key criterion in a tenant receiving their full bond back. Fenix offers a “bond back guarantee (BBG)” to all clients who commission us to carry out an end-of-lease clean.
Disinfection Cleaning (with or without fogging)
Sanitisation and disinfection are the perfect combination to achieve an extremely high standard of cleaning.
Sanitisation - the process of washing, cleaning, or removing dirt, and eliminates dust, debris, and germs on the surface
Disinfection - a method of destroying pathogenic microorganisms and removing most organisms present on the surface, so that they cannot pass on infections.
We use hospital-grade disinfectant products to achieve the best results.
Commercial Cleaning
Fenix has been consistently building its commercial jobs which now includes cleaning of real estate agency offices, local sports clubs, technology repair facilities, food distribution facilities, restaurants, pubs and clubs and many others.
We offer tailored solutions, high-quality results, value-for-money, out-of-hours regular cleaning using trained, experienced, police-tested staff.
We have all the specialist cleaning equipment, so we can satisfy all requirements, such as steam cleaning, high-window cleaning, disinfection and sanitisation fogging, floor scrubbing and polishing, mould cleaning and rubbish removal, when required.
