Divorce Coaching and Admin Assistance
I help separating couples in Australia to navigate the process of separation and divorce and formalising their agreements with the family court, without initiating court proceedings. I usually do this by engaging with both parties through an appropriate method of mediation, however, I also offer emotional support and guidance to individuals considering separation, self-litigants, or those whose ex-partner have started the court process.
It is important to note that I am not a lawyer and as such, I can provide process information but not legal advice.
Most clients benefit from engaging with me prior to seeking legal advice, as they are then well equipped to get the maximum benefit from expert legal advice from the first appointment rather than paying a lawyer their fee to perfom admin tasks.
