My name is Coach Ben Keam.
I have been working within the health and fitness industry for 10 years. My purpose is to positively impact as many peoples lives as I can through sharing my knowledge and coaching people around how to improve their nutrition, how to incorporate strength training, how to sustainably lose weight, how to build muscle, I am a Boxing coach, I help people implement positive lifestyle habits and I work with people to positively shift their mindset. I do this both in person and online through my online coaching app.

Nutrition Coach
I work with clients to educate them around nutrition based upon their health & fitness goals. I then work with them on a weekly basis to help solidify good nutritional habits that they can make apart of their lifestyle long term.
Strength Training
I believe strength training should be a staple of everyones training schedule strength training will help build muscle, aid in weight loss, prevent injury or increase performance strength training can help.
Online Coaching
I have been working with clients online for around 6 years now. I do this through my online coaching app where I can create tailored training programs and nutrition protocols. i also work with all of my online clients to in-still the habits required to achieve their health & fitness goals.
Boxing Coaching
I offer one one one, two on one or group Boxing classes in person out of Anarchy Training Centre located in West Perth.

Mindset Work
I work with my clients to help them down regulate their nervous systems, connect with their bodies, connect with their thoughts and implement practices to help shift their mindsets in a positive way.
Some of the tools I use for this is through the practices of gratitude, Meditation, Breath work and journaling.
