What’s your signature dish?
The Bedouin Bowl (Featuring our falafel waffles). Our falafels are not deep fried or baked, but rather made as waffles with a delicious creamy dreamy tahini dressing.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We use real ingredients with no nasties every time! Our unique food is colourful, flavourful and clean.
What do you love most about your job?
Inspiring people to think differently about food for the benefits of both health and the environment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for connecting with others and in this case helping others to think more about healthier choices (without compromising on flavour).
Why should our clients choose you?
I urge everyone to ask more questions about the food that they put into their body. We are completely transparent about all ingredients because we consider that food providers should take some responsibility too for the health of their customers.
