Tom proved to be an outstanding broker and all-round top bloke! Sorry it has taken this long Boss Money. We started at our usual bank, we had Banked there for many years. The communication provided at our usual bank was very poor, we were under short time frames to secure the property so I contacted Tom. I was impressed with Tom from Boss Money’s tenacity during my recent end of term refinance of investment property debt & consolidation of a smaller personal debt. Many mortgage brokers would have found it easy to cherry pick my investment debt only, though Tom looked at my overall position & proposed a far more attractive loan as well as a mid-term goal to better it in 6 months.
