Hi there! I am Alena Le Blanc a personal stylist and wardrobe consultant. I love helping people curate a personal style that is authentic, expressive and aligned. With a background in fashion design I use my knowledge of fabrics, fit, form and fun to help create a wardrobe that is personal and purposeful. Most people only wear 20% of their wardrobe 80% of the time. I am here to change that and help maximize what you own! My favorite part of what I do is supporting women and helping them feel confident, powerful and capable. I love when I see clients transform in front of me. There is so much power in our image. When you look and feel good, you are able to show off how beautiful you are on the inside, outside too. Many women hate to shop, they don't know what to buy, they feel bored of what they own and KNOW they want to look better, they just don't know how. I help guide you in the right direction. I help you express your personality in your clothing, find styles that are flattering on you and elevate your wardrobe in a way that feels authentic and exciting. I use my creativity to bring your style to life, and it's such a fun experience.
For the past 7 years I was a fashion designer. I designed all categories and fabrications of womenswear. I knew I wanted to do more to help women, to help empower them and to use my creativity and knowledge, and to work one-on-one with them. I also wanted to focus on being more sustainable, and showing others ways to be more sustainable to create a wardrobe that feels personal and purposeful. By showing women ways to wear what they own in different ways, to educated them on silhouettes, fabric and fit, we create more conscious closets that represent you and how you want to show up and feel in the world.
I offer a supportive environment for women to show up and be willing to try things that are outside of their comfort zone. With a background in fashion design I know the importance of fabrics, silhouettes and fit, and what to wear that looks the best depending on your body type, style and goals. I am kind, easy to be around, and offer tons of knowledge to elevate your style and I create a fun environment.
I work both in-person and virtually with clients. I am based in the Bay Area, California and have clients I meet with in-person, and I have clients all over the United States who I work with virtually. (Anything I can do in-person, I can also do online).
I provide all the same services virtually as I do in-person. When I have clients who are uncomfortable with face-to-face contact we conduct our services virtually.

You cannot go wrong working with Franzy. We have been working together for about a year now and she has really helped turn my style around and given me a real sense of confidence in what I wear. My wardrobe has gone from being an afterthought to being something that people actively notice about me and compliment me on. It's a great feeling knowing you have someone with world class taste guiding your style journey. She is such a warm and insightful person and always has gone the extra mile in helping me get to where I want to be. I cannot recommend Franzy highly enough.

I highly recommend Franzy. She's great to work with and really takes time to understand your personal style vision, while providing great suggestions and feedback along the way. I've received numerous compliments on my new outfits she's curated. She's also helped me in understanding the best places to shop that align with my style so I'm able to find outfits on my own as well. I plan to continue to use her for the foreseeable future, highly recommend, she really is great to work with!
