This is more than IT help, they're friends like Family. From Shane to Charles ,Chris and Salicia they have always come through for me when I needed them most. I'm not the most tech savvy, so I'm sure I was annoying with my requests, but they never let me know it. I'm to happy to have them a phone call away.

Excellent customer service! I can call or email with a question or issue and I get a response and a solution very quickly. As we have grown, they have been instrumental in getting our computers, phones, etc. all set up and ready for us. We are in the process of upgrading some of our software and their knowledge has been valuable.
