• Geometry cleanup and mid surface extraction.
• Shell meshing, solid meshing (Tet, Hex).
• Quality checks as per requirement.
• Application and assignment of loads, boundary conditions.
• Check the requirement results in hyper view.
• Deck edit and deck preparation for coordinate system,grids,1D,2D,3D properties,materials,loads,forces..etc.

Technical Training:

• Under gone training on “Hyper mesh” and “Nastran” at “Cad Pro-Technologies”, Hyderabad. The training includes Geometry clean up and to study the component for making necessary steps before FE Mesh like surface splits symmetry evaluation etc. FE modeling of shell, tetra and simple hex mesh components. The qualities of the FE Mesh are done according to the requirements. In Hyper mesh the loads and Boundary conditions were applied and exported as solver decks.

• Analysis was done using the solvers like RADIOSS as per loads and boundary conditions. Post processing of the results like displacement, stress distributions, frequency modes are done in Hyperview.

Project Title : Tetra meshing of a Housing component

Project Description :
This project involves making simple splits on the surface of the component, later surface mesh the component. Tetra mesh was generated by using 3D “tetra mesh” command. Quality checks like “tet collapse”, and Jacobian were performed.







Project 2:

Project Title : Hex meshing for a Arm bracket

Project Description :
This project involves creating solids using different functions like spaline, drag etc., making proper connectivity to generate Hexa mesh. The final hexa mesh was generated by using different options in solid map. Quality checks for aspect, skew & Jacobian were performed.
