Research Supervision and Examining
o I have supervised to successful completion 60+ PhD students and a large number of masters students. Five of my doctoral students gained national/international awards for the excellence of their theses.
o I have examined in excess of 65 PhD theses from UK and overseas universities
o I have gained two Health Fellowship Masters Training Awards, both students going on to complete successfully PhD studies.
o I currently have three PhD students in progress, one registered in Politics and two in Henley Business School at the University of Reading and I lead the PCP Research Group which has approx 10 regular attendees at monthly meetings.
