SMS (Subscriber Management System) project.
SMS is a subscriber management solution which can be used by any subscription based service provider such as a Pay TV, Mobile TV, Voice, Data, Print Media or Loyalty Program network. The system allows to easily manage multiple subscription options, promotions and services, and it also provides the employees with an easy to use solution to manage and track all of your customers and their subscriptions. A comprehensive billing framework provides us with the ability to carry out periodic invoicing for our clients and manage client accounts.
➢ Responsible for Subscriber Management System including functions of billing, customer service, accounts, products etc.
➢ Implementation of DUO-SMS
➢ Handling customer billing responsible for generating report for Digicable India Ltd
➢ Automate reports and continuously building new and better applications for reporting
➢ Understanding Operational reporting requirements and designing the reports accordingly
➢ Preparation of training materials for the end users
➢ Creation of Project Document ( Presentation, SOP)
➢ Creation and Maintenance of MIS reports.
➢ Executing & implementing various activities to be audited by regularly reviewing the ➢ Audit schedule Evaluating and reporting Broadcaster audit results.
