Conduct Disciplinary Hearings for Head office when required to.
To ensure that the relevant documentation is done in all of the above cases.
To ensure that relevant documentation is filed in the personal files and maintained.
Ensure correct information is available for the Employment Equity Report.
Ensure a Health and Safety Audit is done within the working environment.
Compiling of a Health and Safety PlanEnsure that the necessary precautions are taken from the health and safety audit report.
Identify the need for training in the specific departments.
Organize and schedule the relevant training
Conduct “follow ups” and feedback on training conducted

Responsible for a database that has to be updated on daily basis
Ensuring that the bursary students are allocated with accommodation
Ensuring that any changes or updates are captured on the system
Chase all outstanding documents with students, e.g. ID copies, EPD’s, and any relevant info required.
Liaise with HR Practitioner regarding intake of new bursary students and outcomes
Monthly report on progress of bursary applications and updates.
Taking minutes or notes of all bursary interviews opportunities
Ensuring that all student queries are forwarded to the relevant departments
