I started working in Harwoods Greenock in May 2012 as acting manager. After one month of building the nightclub back to its strength I was offered the sole managers job. My roles in the company was overseeing jobs were getting done properly, Organising events such as Christmas nights, Bank holidays. I had targets each week to achieve a profit and budget wages for bar staff/ Entertainment and also door staff. I enjoyed my time here as it gave me a challenge to push forward and make the nightclub as enjoyable for my customers and for my staff. Each weekend I greeted around 300 people into the premises. I managed stock counts, repairs to get noted and also managed cash flows for each till and float. I was responsible for not only staff but customer's safety I had to do routine fire drills and keep diaries of accidents in the work place.

My job in the waterline was more of a supervisor role. I had to make sure staff were turning up for their shifts, doing rota's so staff knew when they were due to come into work. I learned a lot of skills whilst in the waterline that has helped me get where I am now. I learned leadership and organization, problem solving with customers if the felt unhappy with the services.

In tsc my job was to give advice/help customers with their monthly bills or with their mobile phone issues. I had a lot of targets to keep up every day from call handling to time keeping on calls and breaks and customer report. I also had a lot of sales in the job as each call we had to try sell customers broadband or basic packages for the T-Mobile company.
