Project Description:
With this New Work Order (N.W.O) we successfully validated:
✓ The look and feel changes in the Rewards functionality of the CREDICARD Website (CBOL application). Alignment of Text, colour, font etc., of the Rewards options are as per the Business requirement.
✓ Customers are able to successfully utilise the new option of being able to select the best date for the payment of instalments (Skip Payment or Grace Days option) when hiring a Personal Loan.
✓ Customers being able to hire a Personal Loan with or without insurance.
✓ HTML tags are added to the various functionalities of the Website so that visually impaired persons can read the content of the website with the help of the screen reading software like Virtual Vision Jaws and NVDA.
✓ Credit limit information is excluded from the Website for the Diners Blanche products in order to comply with the rules of Brazilian Government.
✓ Customers are able to receive alerts for payments, Retail purchases and Cash Advance transactions which are more than the threshold amount maintained in the subscription file

✓ Pop-up message is displayed in ACWS and ADS once a dispute case is being created, informing if there is any late fee transaction charged in the statement, which must be reverted.
✓ Validated Informational Message in Pop-up
1)FOR RESPONSE AS 'Y'-Transaction Fee has been changed to the customer.Raise an APAS request to backoffice.
2)FOR RESPONSE AS 'N'-No Message will be displayed (No fee charged).
3)FOR RESPONSE AS 'Error'-System could not determine the fee charged to customer. Kindly do a manual check on the fee applied to customer.
✓ RWS Should be enhanced to support Accelerator Rewards program for Diners logo. Accelerate pts can be enrolled and de-enrolled how many times user wants
✓ RWS auto enroll to Incentive Program during account creation and also provides a de-enroll option where customer can de-enrolled from the program if customer wishes to ✓ RWS supports ever green points (points that never expire). Minimum Amount or points for Redemption is parameterized in Redemption level screens

Project Description:
Citicorp Credit cards is enhanced with LATAM releases quarterly once with maximum of 4 in a year. Different timelines and support are marked as LATAM Off-Releases. Every enhancement releases will support different countries like Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela regions as per the latest market standards. The managerial activities are operated from Citicorp Singapore. Every enhancement release has its own features to make sure the code changes work as expected in SIT region before the code moves into UAT and production. All the LATAM releases should follow the same updated Citicorp Process. RM's will coordinate with the respective Development teams, SIT, BAU, Business teams to make sure the code changes are addressed accordingly.
