• Civil Engineer with expertise in rehabilitation and construction of water infrastructure. I have 10 years of practical field experience with humanitarian relief and development organizations in the Democratic Republic of Congo with Solidarités International, World Vision, Save the Children , Oxfam GB , Red Cross - Geneva and in Haiti with the PRISMA Project in Artibonite in zones : Anse Rouge , Terre Neuve and Ennry ;
• Good knowledge in rehabilitation and construction of buildings (schools, hospitals, hostels and housing) ;
• Management engineers’ teams and support services: logistics, finances, human resources;
• Very good knowledge in design, design specifications and procedures for business offer;
• Management skills , ability on team work and listening , flexibility , delegation , diplomacy, autonomy , discipline, organization and good analytical skills;
• Community Outreach/approach, hygiene promotion, capacity building of various local social actors in water management , maintenance of structures / infrastructures;
• Experience working with donors and reporting: EuropeAid, CIDA, UNICEF, USAID, and ECHO;
• Representation and maintaining relationships with partners;
• Sufficient knowledge and quick adaptation in disaster areas and precarious security conditions such as Haiti and the DR Congo;
• Good experience in coordination and management of information and very good writing skills and mastery of the computer skills (Word, Excel, Auto CAD, Archi CAD, Architect Studio, Google Earth...);
• Good knowledge of driving.

Water Sanitation and Hygiene Project Manager

Responsibilities and achievements:
• Implementation of the Water Sanitation and Hygiene Project in the Artibonite / Haiti:
o Technical studies and selection of intervention sites in the communes of Anse Rouge , Terre Neuve and Ennery ;
o Production of plans, work specifications and work schedules;
o Water analysis , environmental studies and gender;
o Organization of community meetings and workshops for capacity building of local actors EHA: CINE , TEPAC ,
o Rehabilitation and extension of the drinking water supply in Anse Rouge
o Development of 10 drinking water sources with mini- tanks and fountains ;
o Construction of dry latrines with septic systems in 13 schools and hand washing facilities (with rainwater or connection to existing water systems)
