Human Resource Management
Involved in providing fully managed solution that streamlines the operational aspects of human resources that include forecasting, recruiting, motivating and retention.
Involved in end- to-end recruitment process which includes Short listing the candidates with the help of various methodologies like employees referrals, head hunting, job portals, posting the advertisement, scheduling interviews, HR interviews and negotiations, giving the offer letter.
Carried out induction programmes for new recruits and maintained track of Employee activities.
Handling attendance details for payroll processing for all employees, which includes leave processing for all three companies.

Handled all the exit procedures & formalities providing information to the relevant departments about the separation and coordination with different department for full and final settlement.

Assigned to handle Recruitment activity of the company. At present handling all three companies in Bangalore, which includes the decision on source of Recruitment; screening of profiles; coordinating and selection process; issuing the offer letter & joining formalities.
Vendor Management
Handling recruitment process for all levels.

Understanding the technicalities of the requirement and analyze the various Team's requirements and needs.
Interviewing candidates on preliminary basis to assess their communication skills, interest level and suitability to the current requirement.
"Manpower planning" process, in line with project pipeline on requirements.
Conducting HR interviews, Offer negotiations & including "Managing Background Check".
Sourcing through Internal job posting, Managing hiring events like walk-ins, job fairs, campus hire, Consultants, News papers Ads & Referrals etc.
Maintaining reports on monthly basis for the management review.

Conducting / monitoring the on-boarding process of new employees and their joining formalities.
Briefing about the company's HR policy's.
Induction process on day-1 also includes the following activities.
Welcome note, Issuing of welcome kit, Access Card and up-dating of employee's details in HRMS.
Scheduling, coordinating and conducting Induction sessions.
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure all things such as workstation, email account, for the new joinee.

Starting Appraisal process on schedule, track progress and manage timely completion of the process.
Issue the increment/promotion letters to the employees, including Employee Appraisal Analysis and Feed Back to the management.
Facilitating PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and monitoring.
Custodian for keeping track of probation & confirmation dates of employees.

Assessing the training needs of employees in coordination with department heads/authorized senior people in the respective departments.
Training & Development - Induction, TNA, Module preparation, conducting the training and effectiveness - Training Coordination (Technical and soft skills) and to identify the training needs for various levels in the Organization. Preparation of training calendar for the year in co-ordination with the different departments heads.
Providing training feedback to all Training Programmes
To undertake work with the trainees to ascertain the applicability of training inputs and also to identify areas for the improvement.
Evaluating and recommending participants for outsourced training.
Conducting various training workshop.

Single point of contact, for all HR functions/needs of Employees, for entire region (i.e all three companies) Operations.
Managing disciplinary cases with systematic investigations and due diligence.
Addressing queries with respect to policies, payroll, codes of conduct, etc.
Organizing birthdays, employee get-togethers, picnics and sports events to inculcate and increase sense of belonging among the employees.
Instrumental in implementing various Awards & Rewards schemes like 'Star Performer of the month', "Best employee of the Month".
Responsible for Employee-Relations and Retention. Well versed with providing Counseling, Grievance Handling & guide them to appropriate solution, thereby trying to retain workforce & also finding the root cause of the issue & updating management to take appropriate action.
Managing Exit formalities – conducting exit interview and clearance forms
Administering full and final settlement process and file closure.

To Maintain Personal Files - Joining formalities and Exit Formalities
Manage all HRIS, Performance Management and Employee Development process.
Leave and Attendance Management [LMS & AM]
Maintaining Reports like Recruitment Metrics, salary metrics, leave, employees insurance.
Monitoring the general administrative functions & co-ordination with other Support Function Groups.
