My name is Olwen, and I am currently working for a group of companies in the Edenvale area. I am passionate about the work I do and enjoy interacting with people. Currently I do the Marketing and Advertising, Technical Support Help Desk, Drawing Office Administration, Database Management and General Office Administration for CAE Group of Companies.

I have a wide range of experience within the Secretarial arena, and would like a different challenge at this time. I enjoy the interaction with people and I love to help where I can. My moto in life is to learn something new everyday.

Key Skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint and can use both Outlook & Lotus Notes. I am highly computer literate and pick up new computer programs easily. I enjoy working with MS Office and seeing how one program works within the other, eg. using Excel spreadsheets in a PowerPoint presentation, or doing a mail merge from Excel to Word.
I also enjoy working with databases, but I believe that a database is only as useful as the information it keeps, and therefore believe that there need to be strict policies in place to maintain it.
