Was contracted by the Department to write monthly reviews of a major publication of the Russian Ministry of Defence. The reviews focused on factual, technological and other information and data that appeared in the above Russian Ministry of Defence publication.

Part of my contract work with EMS Technologies involved technical writing.

The Centre is a joint project of the State Department, US Defence Department, NATO's Supreme Command and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence of Germany, providing a forum for high-level meetings and discussions between ministers, heads of ministries' departments, NATO, US, German, Russian and FSU military commanders.

Novacor Pipeline Diagnostics Project
Novacor, a major Calgary-based pipeline operator at that time, was contracted by Russia's Gazprom, one of the world's largest natural gas producer and pipeline operator, to diagnose Gazprom's pipeline system. The project was funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Granted Associate Professorship status at St.Anthony's College, Oxford University (England) where I researched theoretical and factual materials related to freedom of expression and the status and responsibilities of the Commissioner for Human Rights, and worked on my doctoral theses. Co-authorship of joint Russian/US monographs on human rights.
