I am hardworking, adaptable and experienced HR Assistant with over 7 months experience in this role, carrying out a wide range of HR responsibilities.
Am a people person, with great interpersonal skills who is passionate about to helping and supporting teams and individuals. With excellent communication skills both written and verbal, I am comfortable interacting efficiently with both employees and senior management to provide comprehensive HR administrative support and advice for day-to-day operations.
Experience of solving sensitive and challenging issues and am able to cope extremely well under pressure, prioritising workloads and working within tight deadlines. I always work in accordance with work plans and policies, and work well within teams to be successful and productive. I work well using my own initiative, demonstrating problem solving skills, even when put ‘on the spot’.
Seeking a challenging role where my existing skills and qualifications will add value from the outset, whilst I continue to develop my skills.
