I had been working in iGaming Industry during 2011-2013 with Evolution Gaming and HoGaming and over this period I have gained considerable experience in all areas of the “Live” dealer platform and in all areas related to the provision of “Live” gaming (Live Dealer, Customer Support, Dealer Supervisor, Italian Team Coordinator). Main activities and Evolution Gaming Latvia is the world's leading ''Live'' game online casino provider. I performed
responsibilities dual roles for "Evolution gaming Latvia". In the first year I worked almost entirely as back office
support, including dealer supervision, customer care, player monitoring and result/error
reporting etc. I also operate on both Italian and English language ''Live'' Roulette, Black Jack

and Baccarat tables. Besides that I have additional language skills that I have had to use in dealing with both customers in live support or dealing tables. Including fluent Russian and
intermediate Spanish.
My main activities and responsibilities were:
• Run 'Live'' online casino games and initiate customer involvement.
• Monitor customer win/loss
• Cooperate with and have total understanding of the gaming software in use.
• Be aware of the regulations and standards of the hardware equipment in use. Examples:
Roulette wheels, quality of cards etc.
• Be aware of gaming rules and casino policies.
• As live support be able to answer all questions and resolve customer disputes.
During this period I greatly increased my knowledge of the provision of the ''live'' dealer
