I have worked for wns fusion its an outsourcing company I'm working on the vodacom campaign we handle call frm vodacom subscribers we deal with sim card and network issues and help with some cell phone problems I take sotho setswana pedi xhosa zulu and english calls on a daily bases I answer around 200 calls and my quality is 98% and my AHT is 140 my adherence is over 90% we get calls that needs us to log a service request but before doing that I have to Troubleshoot and go through process of elimination, and do my best to resolve the queries and I do out going calls to do follow ups and call other departments so I can resolve the query to the customers satisfaction
