register of telephone numbers/fax numbers of all NGOs and institutions. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to colleagues and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the office. Keep a register with all new appointment and issuing of
updated telephone list, Identify and report telephone faults to the supervisor, Outreach programmes, Notify staff if telephones are out of order, ward rounds, life skill, programmes and in-service training.
Ability and competence to assist advocate and empower individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance their social functioning and problem-solving capabilities.
