I am a project Accountant. My project is for Bollore Africa logistics where my main roles are as follows-:
o Ensuring invoicing of amounts disbursed daily
o Debtors management-ensuring that all invoices have been approved and are in Bollore finance office within 24hrs after disbursement
o Debtors management-ensuring that CDL invoices have been paid within 48hours upon reaching the finance department at Bollore.
o Build relationships across Bollore HODs and finance department
o Maintain petty cash float and reimbursement.
o Check and assist in preparation of the payroll advice to Head office ensuring that the amounts are correctly computed, leave balances.
o Assisting in resolving staff non-payment issues in liaison with CDL head office
