- To strategically and operationally manage all IT, Internet and Intranet functions at the Group Head Office of CTI. This includes IT infrastructure, IT facilities, IT support, IT Security, VOIP and IT resources.
- Assist with overall leadership and strategic direction of the IT support department.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of IT department and putting systems in place to improve the operational quality and efficiency of the department.
- Aligning CTI’s GHO IT Strategy with Pearson IT Strategy..

- Participate and provide support to the CTI and Pearson technology integration project.
