Maintaining cleaning and hygiene in the kitchen areas as per the local authority requirements.Handling chemicals as manufacturer instructions.Arrange all necessary requirements for include staff and the equipments for banquet functions specially in back area operation.

Managing the duty roster as per banquet volume and on job training. Ordering kitchen supplies and maintain the required stock. Ordering stewarding chemicals and control the cost of chemicals. Maintaining outlet inventory for cutlery ,crockery and glassware and the breakage reports for outlets.

I will be responsible for all food contact surface to be clean and sanitize during operation and after.All the cool rooms cleaning and sanitize too.I will help to avoid cross-contamination during preparation.
