Job Description:

• To carry out detailed analysis of financial performance of the target companies. Reviewing the accounting practice followed by the company to include cross verification of Stock, Bank Balance, Debtors, Creditors etc.
• To assess operational capability, market reach, business performance, future scope of business etc. of the subject company through manufacturing unit visit, market visit, feedback from channel partners, market and industry specific research, online media research etc.
• On ground visits to government departments and meeting the concerned officials to validate claims, information, documents etc. provided by the subject. In addition carrying out legal and compliance checks and collecting relevant information form the departments that can have any impact on the proposed project.
• Assessing market reputation of the subject company through in-person or telephonic feedback about the company from its different channel partners - vendors, customers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, principal companies etc.
