1. Implement tender/bidding process at PT Ecolab Indonesia (compliance to policy & regulation). Saving USD 299K (i.e: in 2010 logged to P&L). – Giving back value to the business.
2. Purchase Price Variance (i.e. saving) in 2010 due to forward buy of local imported-material by USD 20K
3. Local Manufacturing Conversion (i.e. Convert FG ex import to local production); as part of Lean Six Sigma project: Est. saving USD 10K.
4. Improving the Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) to be 100% - Improving control process & compliance to business conduct through real time transaction process.
5. Improving of Transaction Record Accuracy (TRA) to be 100% - Improving control process & compliance to business conduct through real time transaction process.

MRP II

Improvement of planning process by implementing MRP, MPS, and Capacity Planning concept (through system AccPac 5.4) – The first in Asia Pacific. Result: Zero back order (from around 25 back orders / month to become NIL). – Improving customer satisfaction level.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Implementing S&OP – Sales & Operations Planning meeting process (started Feb’10). → Result: Improving Customer Service Level (from 80% to be 99%), lower inventory (reduced by 20% in September), on time New Product Introduction, and lower cost (landed cost) by 15% below budget (improved approx. 17%). – Improving company P/L and also increase customer satisfaction level.
