I am passionate at ensuring that the entity complies with all relevant legislation, rules and regulation aligned to its day to day operation. I adore partnering with business thus facilitating a compliance a culture through training and awareness programs. It is my pride to provide assurance that the entity understands its compliance environment and thus takes responsibility for its compliance requirements aligned to its strategic objectives. I use research methods to ensure that the organisation is abreast of its industry regulatory developments.

The spectrum covers contracts management, project management and policy implementation. There is more engagement in negotiation, review, assessment and approval of contracts. Provision of advisory with regards to performance, adjustments and changes to all agreements involved including provision of oversight from preparation of contracts to approval stage.

I specialise also with conduct of compliance audits to monitor compliance levels and facilitate corrective action where gaps are identified. Development of systems and tools linked to operational policies and procedures to ensure effective compliance management.

My interaction includes but is not limited to Human Resource Compliance (including Employment Equity), Occupational Health and Safety compliance, Corporate Governance (including Ethics management), Policy management and any other adhoc compliance risk management activities.
