• Provide training, coaching and support in home loans sales methodologies
• Monitor quality of applications submitted.
• Assist and fast tracking of deals that seeks priority intervention.
• Facilitate on escalation process appeals and motivations.
• Monitor escalation errors and identify intervention in order of priority.
• Provide product, system and process information update
• Hold monthly meeting with originators to discuss ways to increase market share and conversions.
• Attend monthly meetings with AM/BM to final month-end check out and discuss area challenges (sales and operations).
• Hold weekly telecom with AM, BM and TLCM with specific emphasis on weekly interventions feedback and sales targets.
