MAGADUZELA CONSULTING SERVICES specializes in Employee Relations and Human Relations. It was established by Norman Dlamini who has vast experience in these areas. Norman has an MBA and has gained extensive experience in dealing with different Trade Unions from large Multinational companies such as Shell, B.P, Engen, Sapref, Blendcor, Nampak as well as big Clothing, Construction companies such as Grinaker/ LTA and Group Five as well as SMMEs. We are registered professional member of the South Africa Board for People Practices known as SABPP. Our Practice registration number is 7892.

MAGADUZELA CONSULTING SERVICES is a Labour Relations Consultancy that specializes in the small, medium to big size employer market and caters for franchise as well as government departments and independent operations, in all sectors of the market from manufacturing to retail, distribution and hospitality.
