Summary:

Work Description :
1. To provide efficient day to day secretarial to the General Manager's Office.
2. Manage the day to day schedule, synchronizing management team members’ diaries, and follow-up and follow through all matters requiring further action/assistance from the Captain or committee members.
3. Secretarial and administrative task such as drafting of letters and memos, maintaining a proper filing system, answering calls and attending to faxes, mail and courier services.
4. Make appointment, travel arrangement, hotel reservation, arranging and coordinating business schedule/itinerary, company event, social function and general correspondence.
5. Receive, monitor and track documents, to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and response.
6. Preparation of TC Meeting, documents, agreements etc. using MS Power Point as presentation material.
7. Managing day to day operational matters requiring The Committee members input and approval.
8. Organize and manage the TC, HOD's meeting and Annual General Meeting in compliance with statutory requirements and minutes writing.
9. Provide secretarial functions and administrative support.

Diploma in Private Secretary and Diploma in Business Administration

Rima Secretarial Finishing College
