OBJECTIVES

Having worked in the hotel industry I have developed strong administration skills, people skills and general management, moving around in different department and being in senior position
required me to communicate with particular level of management which made me a strong

HOSPITALITY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

During my services with the hotels, I have been exposed to a fully computerized system,
executive duties to the standard of a five star hotel and part of an international hotel group.

My Duties included

• Checking in and out the guest of the hotel, managing a float with accounting
responsibilities which included currency exchange and paid out services, reconfirmation of flight ticket and any other special request for guests, recording and distribution of guest copies and faxes, performing of individual as well as group reservations on the
hotel system. Managing of Creditors account on daily basis, scheduling of staff roasters,
processing of preferred guests queries globally, integrating the company outlook mailing
system with drawing up of meetings and club board room bouquets inspection of executive club room to the unique five star standard and serving of food and beverage to
guest, together with the buffer on duty. I work on and have mastered telephone
etiquette.

• Operating the switchboard, answering telephone calls, taking messages and/or redirecting calls as appropriate.
