I am a young and vibrant South African committed to serving civil society through the public sector, particularly in the fields of international relations. My academic background as well as my experience at the Department of Science and Technology has equipped me to perform some of the responsibilities of a well rounded professional within International Relations.

I developed strong organisational abilities, sharp analytical acumen, the ability to grasp concepts and be actively involved in discussions, as well as good editorial abilities to produce high quality communication, whether oral or written. I have a broad understanding of international politics and international affairs. As a result I have an understanding of the National Systems of Innovation; I have an idea and understanding of how the European Union Framework Programme works and how knowledge is aimed at crossing national lines through collaborative initiatives between partner states specifically within science, technology and innovation in moving towards acquiring knowledge based economy.

I am a pleasant, curious, loyal, motivated individual who’s eager to learn and acquire skills as well as able to easily adapt to any environment. I am effective working independently and within a team.

➢ Stationery ordered on a bi -monthly basis
➢ Request for travel estimation.
➢ Petty cash follow up
➢ Process payments in time
➢ Ensure well and appropriate booking for successful travel
➢ Ensure financial approvals are obtained before travel takes place
➢ Efficient arrangement of venues for sub-programme strategic sessions and workshops
➢ Well documented sub-programme meeting minutes prepared for internal quality assurance by supervisor before submitted for approval.
