Reporting to: Joe Stephens
Duties: Sourcing and booking / scheduling of training externally and Internally, Preparing training material, Preparing training venues, booking accommodation, Avis and Flights for In-house trainings and External trainings, doing admin, Coordinating departmental trips and travelling, Maintaining SAP training records and reports, booking training on SAP and maintaining pre-bookings and adhoc duties.
I've been in client service for 10 years now and I like it.
I have done a short course in Events Co-ordinationa and Admin and Co-ordination course with IPD
