I have extensive experience working with different types of committees at a very senior level. My expertise amongst others include agenda formulation, minute taking, implementation of decisions, giving proper advice to committees' chairpersons and members, preparing meeting packs, research, report writing, compliance issues in line with the rules and relevant legislation, induction of committee members and providing all the logistical support to make the meetings effective. This motivated me to enhance my experience and study towards acquiring the CIS Qualification on Corporate Governance, the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
I hold a degree in BCOM Financial management (majored in Business management), and Certificates in Business management, Investment Analysis on Portfolio Management, Executive Leadership Municipal Development programme and currently left with one module to complete the CIS professional post Graduate qualification on Corporate Governance.
I am a self-motivated administration professional with exceptional interpersonal, leadership, organizational and communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment. I am proud of myself on my problem-solving abilities using initiative and persistence, and always maintaining integrity and loyalty. I adapt easily to new challenges and not scared of taking risk. I also have proven multitasking capabilities with a strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage complex functions in limited timelines.
