pril 2014 I was working as a Restaurant Supervisor for more than five years
Duties: Maintaining manual diary, attending Banqueting and Events daily meeting, receive and respond to e-mails, banking and handling petty cash, dealing with clientele queries, liaising with management, taking decisions when necessary, ensure effective communication in line with colleagues and management. Ensure that all appointment are recorded correctly, providing feedback on a daily basis, Filing of invoices, Handling all office correspondences and keep record for backup information, doing staff time sheet both manual and electronically on spread sheet typing memos for any notices concerning staff, Scanning and faxing of documents as required and other general office duties.
I have also done training as Event co-ordinator

Duties: Administrative duties such as compiling invoices, taking minutes for
Meetings, filing, perform Receptionist duties Reception, arrange meetings internally and externally. Answering and screening calls when necessary, work as a Switchboard operator.
