I do administartion work at Metroplitan Health offices for the QA department, dealing with IVR complaints, compile a monthly resport which my manager presents to the Executive monthly.

Drafiting letters that are posted to members
Manage first line enquiries regarding Ex gratia Application.
To retrieve all outstanding correspondence via e-mail, sms, fax & post
To accurately prepare Ex gratia cases for presentation by Ex gratia coordinator, to the Ex gratia committee.

Position Qaulity Assurance: Bankmed Medical Aid IVR survey Admin.

Inputs Draw IVR reports from the call center; with the 'no' responses
Listen to the calls from the call center
Investigate unresolved quiries
Call the customer back about the survey response feedback
Compile a monthly report to the manager
Discussions with management about the IVR complaints report

Achievements thus far:

Metropolitan Health Shadowed at the Marketing and Communications Department
Period 2013 3 Months - Reporting to the Marketing manager
Inputs To research NPO's that have the same mission and values with MH
Choose portential NPO's to partner with MH
Search and call the NPO delegates to attend MH functions
Provide PR perspective to NPO projects
Design NPO report/feedback and present it to the manager

Managed Sizwe Nzima's (NPO) project to sign partnership with MH.
Two more other NPO's in Johannesburg also signed partnership with MH (from my own
Succesfully managed to find speakers (members of the NPO's), that were relevant for the Rural
Health Development conference in Joburg.
