Customer Service

Work History

Customer service Convenience store in Hackney
Worked during my summer holidays here and dealt with customers on a day to day basis. This helped with my interaction skills.
Volunteered as assistant teacher in primary school Chigwell
This involved working with children. I became a guardian and gained communication skills from interacting with children from different backgrounds and parents too and guiding children in their daily activities
Learning support department, Oaks Park High School (MATHS)
Was a mentor, helped with homework and in-class activities. I gained valuable written communication skills from this by setting a plan every day for the student and ensuring I gave as much advice and assistance where needed especially by sharing my experiences and knowledge.

Voluntary work at Gants Hill Library
Where I first learnt to interact with customers and saw a wide range of books available to the public and as I was capable of typing fast I was put on the circulation desk. Generally helping people was in my interests.
