ZF-India started its Commercial Production in 1984 and till date supplied over 20-22 Lacs Power Steering units which are running successfully in India and Overseas. ZF - India is considered as pioneers of Power Steering Systems in India.

ZF-India has business association with all the major giants in Automobile sector for its Power & Mechanical Steering Systems in India & abroad.

Key Job Responsibilities -
• Dealer Handling - Was responsible for Handling 200 Service Dealers & Distributors all over India and Nepal.
✓ Appointment / Termination of Dealers & Distributors on all India basis as well as involved in dealer development activities.
✓ Dealer Target/Agreement Criteria (For Local and Exports)/Payment terms is main responsibility.
✓ Was responsible for maintaining current Dealer & Distributor network by receiving & despatching orders.
✓ Maintaining rapport and a business relation and understanding and solving problems when necessary.
✓ Order Registration, Making Performa Invoices, Arrange payment & Road permit for Dispatch.
✓ Rigorous follow-up with customers to get payment and C-Forms.
✓ Responsible for follow up of Dealers & Distributors outstanding payment bills & C form related issue.
✓ Preparation of price circulation & maintenance of masters in the system.
✓ Customer satisfaction survey summary.

• OEM's And ASRTU - Was responsible for receiving Schedules/Orders from OEM's, ASRTU Members.
✓ Order Registration, Making Performa Invoices, Arrange payment & Road permit for Dispatch.
✓ Maintaining rapport and a business relation and understanding and solving problems when necessary.
✓ Release Yearly/Monthly/Weekly schedule to production planning according to demand of customers.
✓ Rigorous follow-up with customers to get payment and C-Forms.
