Job Responsibilities- Recruitment:
➢ Synchronize manpower planning and recruitment by using newspaper, employee referrals, and walk-in interviews.
➢ Working with hiring partners on the requirements and handling their payment.
➢ Handling salary negotiations and discussions related to payroll and perks.
Job Responsibilities-Training and Development:
➢ Planning and scheduling for the Employee On the job and Off the Job Training programs.
➢ Preparing the Department Training program and monitoring and evaluating the process of the training periodically.
➢ Structured and implemented programs and policies in the area of Training and development and new employee orientation.
➢ Conducting and recording the Employee Job satisfaction survey every so often.
➢ Regular monitoring of computerized attendance system (In and out).
➢ Assigning the Duty roster data for all the Employees.
➢ Employee attendance Leave, personal data- Continues monitoring & updating for the Salary generation.
